nsr and vnfr version just allow integer number

@mbredel could you check the field version in nsr and vnfr schema. Currently is "^[0-9]+$" and for example the package descriptor version is "^[0-9\-_.]+$"

It should allow versions like 0.1 0.2 1.0 right?
