I think currently you can build using both Qt 5 and 6 (at least on linux - haven't tried building on windows), although Qt 6 is recommended. With regards to required Qt components - you can definitely get rid of Android, and probably WebAssembly, Quick 3D, Shader Tools and Qt Quick timeline (I'm assuming they're extra dev tools that sonic-pi doesn't use). Also the debug files are optional and only needed if you're debugging the code. Not sure about the others. Hope this helps :) |

Hi, Just trying to setup a dev-env, and see Qt v6.2 is required.
From the online installer there's 6.2.4, which needs 30Gb!
I'm down to 10 free, do I need to clean up, and what's the minimum required packages for building sonicpi?
I see the debug stuff accounts for a whopping 17, so there's a start hopefully!
