COPYING.OpenSSL file, and distribute linked combinations

License in all respects for all of the code used other

obligated to do so. If you do not wish to do so, delete
this exception statement from your version.

The exception is very close to https://spdx.org/licenses/openvpn-openssl-exception.html (as mentioned by @JPEWdev )

The difference is in this sentence:

... with
any version of the OpenSSL library which is distributed
under a license identical to that listed in the included
COPYING.OpenSSL file, and ...

The difference at the beginning (before this sentence) is already covered by markup in the definition.

I am +1 to address it using markup change (although it will be likely ugly).
