This is free software. You can do what you want to it, but if it breaks something, you get to pay for the counselling. The code was originally based on aewm, so this is distributed under the same terms, which follow.

I'm not sure this is actually a "different" license than aewm, discussed in #3026?

This one says "The code was originally based on aewm, so this is distributed under the same terms, which follow."

Given that, I'd be inclined to say that evilwm is distributed under the aewm license (after #3026 is accepted and added to the license list), and that the other language in this one ("You can do what you want to it, but if it breaks something, you get to pay for the counselling") is just a gloss / not intended to be a separate license text.
