Memory usage increases when scrolling up and down in a list created with Selection Prompt

• Version: 0.54.0
• Terminal: Windows Terminal

Describe the bug
Process memory increases steadily while scrolling.
After input stops and GC runs, the memory is not released back to the OS.

To Reproduce

1. Open the solution and run the program.
2. A SelectionPrompt is displayed.
3. Scroll up and down using the arrow keys for ~10–30 seconds.
4. Observe process memory in Task Manager or a profiler.

Expected behavior
Memory usage remains roughly stable while scrolling the list.

Additional context

• Heap size appears to stabilize, but working set does not decrease or will trickle up.
• This repro only uses Spectre.Console and standard library code.
