Investigate libp2p DHT query limits #1041
Description
There seems to be a limit on the amount of concurrent queries that can be run with libp2p. Anything above that will result in the queries being queued, which could cause timeouts before the query is even run. Currently I am not sure what property can be tweaked to increase the amount of parallel queries.
Whole #1039 will mitigate some of the issues related to this, it does not completely solve them. I assume that the defaults are tweaked to work well in a internet scale DHT which has a lot more limitations compared to Spegel.
