One Channel with Multiple Functions

Hello,

My light effect has multiple functions on 1 channel. Such as:

0-7 OFF
8-134 Master Dimmer
135-239 Strobe from slow to fast
240-255 Open

How can i config this in Captivate, so I can use all functions?
