Feature Request: Add an option to add a version note and update alias

Hi team,

First, thanks so much for creating this plugin. I have two feature requests:

1. This plugin has a "publish" toggle option for creating a new version of the lambda function. Is it possible to add a description for this version?
2. How to update a lambda function alias to a new version?
