Show deleted companyHRs in company's master DB

Show list of deleted company HRs in the masterDB company profile so it is possible to revert this whenever the same HR comes again for new RC otherwise there are same record clashes.

Was thinking to use deletedAt field. We can use this to show if the user is active on frontend.
