Set up automatic enforcement of IDEA inspections for every commit

As this is showcase project, it would be good to set up validation of IDEA Inspections for every pull
request.

It could be done in the similar way as in Checkstyle:

is there a way to bundle it with travis? I already run inspections on SonarQube, and wonder how would you plug it into Travis CI based build
