Official Claude 4 Support

Expected Behavior

I want to use the newer Claude 4 models, specifically claude-sonnet-4-20250514 and claude-opus-4-20250514

Current Behavior

The current documentation states Spring AI support Anthropic models 3.7 and below. However, configuring a Claude 4 model with

spring.ai.anthropic.chat.options.model=claude-sonnet-4-20250514

appears to work, so this may be strictly a documentation issue?

Context

Claude 4 has significant performance improvements over 3.7 and is the current flagship model from Anthropic.
