Password manager prompts for passphrases

#2587 adds the option to not only copy the passphrase, but also download it.

However, it would be better to (also) prompt any existing password managers to save it if possible.

Additionally, there should be a password manager prompt to enter the passphrase when unlocking wallets.

@shocknet-justin suggested better integration with password managers.
