dispatchFetch cannot morph DOM to DOM (currently only strings supported) #1125

Feature Request
This makes it challenging to use in some situations where we have DOM that's already been morphed by DataStar that's destined to be morphed again to another location (i.e. a relative positioned div used for doing anchored positioning). We also discussed perhaps expanding this to include template tags in some way for further optimization.
