Description

Steps to reproduce

1. get a pending membership request in your community
2. go to Manage community >> Members >> Pending Requests
3. try to accept or reject a request

Expected behavior

clicking on the accept or reject buttons should accept or reject a community membership request

Actual behavior

clicking on the accept or reject buttons doesn't do anything

plus, making these Accept and Reject buttons visible by tapping on the user record on the Pending requests tab clashes with opening the user profile view
