[Settings] Autofocus on visible field #19089

Description
We don't need to autofocusing on the field if user not selected it in settings (also anywhere else).
Autofocusing open keyboard on touch devices which creating non-expecting behavior from app.
Steps to reproduce
Open application after close → run Settings → Keyboard opened on Settings sub navigation layer
Expected behavior
Not needed to focus on any field if the user not selected it on mobile after switching section.
There is some exceptions when it's need to do, but this cases should be described from design side.
Actual behavior
When user open settings we're autofocusing on the input which is not even visible for user on mobile.
