[Mobile] Cannot open log files from the app to share with devs

Description

The user cannot open the log files from settings to share with devs when reporting bugs. On Android tapping Application Logs in settings will trigger the app selector, but the logs cannot be opened. On desktop it will open the file selector in the logs folder. Not sure it's an option on mobile, but the user should at least be able to open the most recent log file.

Steps to reproduce

Go to settings, advanced, tap Application Logs

Expected behavior

The user has a way to interact with the application logs

Actual behavior

There's no way to interact with the application logs.

I think the root cause of this issue is a bit different here:

We are building status-go using the "mobile" variant, and thus the log files are in a unexpected location for us (/data/user/0/app.status.mobile/...) and therefore we cannot open them :(

We could do the same as the old app did, ie when you shake your phone, it shows a popup that asks if you want to share the logs.

Clicking Share logs opens the "share" dialog of Android where you can send the zip by email, on social media, on drive, etc
