Dockerfiles that are not named `Dockerfile` are not fixed

This is a known issue. As part of analyzing a repository for automated fixes, we only look for files called `Dockerfile` as of now. This is to save time in outputting recommendations. 

In the future, we should do a complete analysis on the repository, and then potentially email the user informing them of additional available fixes...
