motioneye-nvidia not using gpu

hi there! i tried your motioneye nvidia docker image and can't get it to utilize the GPU .

when i open nvtop, it doesnt show this process, and the CPU seems to be taking the load.
I'm running a GTX 1050TI, my Plex docker container does work with NVIDIA
