List formatting not working on mobile

How to reproduce:

1. On mobile, create a bullet or numbered list by writing this in the message box:
   - item 1
- item 2
- item 3
   or
   1. item 1
2. item 2
3. item 3
2. Upon sending, the list formatting will not appear.
3. The formatting appears correctly both on the Desktop App and Browser.

Specs:
Mobile: Redmi Note 9, MIUI Global 13.0.2 Stable
Desktop: Windows 10 64-bit
Browser app: Mozilla Firefox, latest version 149.0

Other considerations:
Make the formatting suggestion happen automatically on mobile (Create new list item upon pressing "Line Break")
