Does stoat.chat have functions such as sending voice messages, audio and video calls, and background management?

I've heard that they already added video calls but they haven't enabled it yet because their servers aren't ready for it (video streaming is expensive).
You can't record voice messages directly from Stoat yet, but you can send audio files and play them in Stoat.

It does have voice calls. I don't really get what you mean by "background management" but if you're talking about continuing a voice call in the background, it does have that.

Also, this is the repo for the android app for Stoat. You should only open issues here for things like bug reports and feature requests here.
