First Snow: UI Feature Freeze for Release 1.2.0

Hello everyone,

with beta.10 the codebase has stabilized, and we can prepare a new release scheduled for the end of March. Therefore, no changes to the UI (Strings in particular) are accepted for the current development cycle. To give our translator the opportunity to bring the translations for their respective language up-to-date.

Here is an overview of the current translation status:

I'll do Spanish today.

I think it would be good to have an issue to get help with translations, since we are still missing major languages like Arabic, Hindi, Vietnamese, Polish, and others with big online presence.

It would be nice if someone can help me setup this correctly. The last time I did the translations manually and provided Stonerl the file but for the future it could be interesting I do it properly. So If someone could provide me with a step by step howto I can get the version into xcode correctly I can do it the correct way.
This is what I have so far. I have a github account, I have Xcode on my mac. But then it gets fuzzy :) I'm not a coder. I just want to help translating to dutch.

So now I see a screen in XCODE Create new, Clone GIT or open proj. How do I move on from here...
Sorry for the probably stupid questions but just would like to do it in the correct way...

Had to lower the quality, but I think the important things are clear.

So after translating, go back to the terminal (if opened from new, cd back to your folder). And:

1. git status to verify that your changes have been saved locally but not yet sent (it's called 'staging' but don't worry about that for now)
2. git add . to add everything, which is usually what you want, or git add path/to/file to add a specific file only.
3. git commit followed by -m "message goes here", so mine is git commit -m "i18n: add missing Spanish (es) translations"
4. git push to "send" the commits to your fork (GitHub). The command I copy paste after the push should not appear for you.
5. Go to the Pull Requests tab, and create one from your fork towards the original one, this is how you formally ask the project maintainers to include your changes. It should look like this:

So I just did the steps.. hopefully the pull request is oké :) Will wait for a signal :)

That's it actually, the PR is good enough to be reviewed and merged.

It will only need to be approved by @stonerl.

@stonerl has been busy with another project, but we’ve still been testing builds with new features and optimizations.
