Noob question alert! Hello, I have translated the app to Czech, but I would like to ensure that if I no longer contribute, somebody can take over. In my translations I always and consistently follow official translations of the OS (e.g. I use the official translation of "Menu Bar" used by Apple in Czech language, as I did in Windows apps in the past for Tray for example). (In my translation of Thaw, I consistently use the same wording for e.g. "Thaw bar", "menu bar items" etc.) My question: is there a way / best practice to add those somehow in the translation file or documentation, so that if somebody picks up on my work, they can follow the same logic? Thanks! |

I guess the best place might be in the Contribution.md. But I consider moving translations to Crowdin. That would make things easier, and we could also have some guidelines on how to translate. |
