Should SAML-related files in API module be moved out of the saml package ?? #999

Description
The SAML-related files are placed under com.stormpath.sdk.provider.saml but all the Provider's files are in the same package, there are not sub-levels for social for example.
This change will cause backwards incompatible/breaking changes.
