I will start: the original build is running on a Dell Latitude 7420 (Intel i7, 32GB RAM, no GPU) in Miami Gardens, FL. Model is Kimi K2.5 via NVIDIA NIM free tier. 353 sessions. Neural graph has 12,393 neurons. The system survived a complete nuclear reset with full identity intact - because the memory is in the files, not the model.
