handling bicycle:conditional in bikeway overlay

I have no strong opinion what to do there. Make it impossible to select such way in overlay? Add special message "very complex data, impossible to edit with SC"? Do nothing?

Currently StreetComplete displays it like highway=pedestrian with no data
