Add multifaith centre as a preset option in Places view

It would be useful to have a preset to add a multifaith centre poi, with tags amenity=place_of_worship and religion=multifaith. Common names might include multifaith centre, multifaith space or multifaith prayer room. They are usually located in public spaces like hospitals, airports and universities. The current tag usage on OSM is 1,546. Please see https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:religion%3Dmultifaith and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multifaith_space for more info :)

The tag could also be added as an answer to the quest "What religion is practised at this place?"

To add this as a new preset it would first need to be added to id-tagging-sheme: https://github.com/openstreetmap/id-tagging-schema/tree/main/data/presets/amenity/place_of_worship

Ah, you can select it if you press 'uh...' -> 'for use by any religion' - I assumed there was no option at all (imo should be displayed as prominently as other religions, it is more used than jain and caodaisim for example)

Generally what goes in "main" answer section and what goes into otherAnswers ( "Uh..." ) is not determined by tag popularity¹, but by how well it fits the question itself...

e.g. in "What basic shape does this building's roof has" quest, "It has several different shapes" is also otherAnswers, because that is not a direct answer to the question, but explanation why the question cannot be directly answered (with single type of shape).

Relatedly, out of curiosity (and UI/UX reasons), were you previously aware of that Uh... button @LordGarySugar ?

• If not; do you maybe have a suggestion how it might've been more discoverable for you? Were did you look and why?

• If yes; did you look but missed that answer, or did you not even try looking there? Any suggestions how to make more user find such "special" answers there?

1. tag usage does have effect on "cutoff line", i.e. what will be considered as an answer to add, and what is deemed "too rare" so would be left out completely (in order to not overwhelm the vast majority of other mappers), leaving the user wanting to tag that only with option to leave a note. ↩
