NC 27&28 Problem

Dear dev team,
I'm currently have 2 problems with my fresh instance of NC 27&28 AIO on Windows Docker Desktop.
The first problem is with request timed out and the second problem is that I cannot delete one request, but if another request coming, I can delete, except the bugged one.
I have validated account information as instruction however the problem is still there. I will leave the log below for your references. Thank you.
