Splitting SAC Rate

TL;DR: I propose presenting pressure/min and volume/min separately. They measure different things, and treating them as just a difference in units is problematic.

As I mentioned, I'm not a fan of how we treat SAC today. Pressure/min and volume/min are obviously related, but they measure different things. The industry generally agrees, though different agencies use different terminology. This is my go-to source on the subject. There are plenty of other, similar summaries out there.

In terms of implementation, I know MacDive has different columns for SAC (pressure/min) and RMV (volume/min), and the user chooses which (if either) they want to view. I think that would work fine for the dive table & details views. I'm not sure how to handle the Statistics/Air Consumption page. Maybe "Air Consumption Statistics: [SAC|RMV]" becomes a user preference setting?
