Overdue maintenance
1: Overdue maintenance tasks are displayed on the home page.
2: Clicking on them opens the settings menu.
However, the expectation was that the ‘Equipment’ menu item would open.

Verified fixed on current main: the overdue-maintenance banner and gear gauges on the home page now route to the Equipment page (and the insurance chip to the insurance record) instead of the settings menu — PRs #740 and #743, which landed after 1.7.0.117 was built; that's why your retest on .117 still showed the old behavior. Ships in v1.7.1.118. Closing — please reopen if it persists on 1.7.1.118 or later.
