Once you enter sign in page, no way to go back to homepage without signing in. #90

Describe the bug
Once sign in is clicked, it doesn't let you go back unless you manually go to the previous link, which isn't user friendly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to deployment.
Go to Sign In
Try to go back to homepage.
See issue

Expected behavior
The PassOP logo must redirect to homepage

Browser [Chrome]
