Bitnami Redmine 4.1.1.stable can't find in tab

When I install webhook in my bitnami redmine 4.1.1 . I can't find any webhook settings.
Can Webhook suppport redmine 4.1.1 version?

As beiow is my enviroment:

Same problem but not using Bitnami.

Seems everyone who has reported an issue for the past 6 months had pretty much the same problem and it has not been addressed so I think the repo is dead.
