Improvements to Booting SoaS page #641

For https://www.sugarlabs.org/booting-soas/, I propose we:

Make the images either a) into a grid or b) a carousel (for context: they were a carousel before that functionality broke, but its since been fixed and now the functionality should work when reintroduced).
Add two buttons at the top of the page. One that says "Download SoaS" with link of https://fedoraproject.org/spins/soas/download and another that says "Learn about Trisquel Sugar TOAST" with link of https://www.sugarlabs.org/trisquel/

In the future, we might add a page similar to the trisquel page that gives some context as to what SoaS is.
