🐛 Internal links drag and drop hickups

Problematic behavior
When drag and droping internal link block custom style is lost, it's transformed into a simple hypertext link

When moving the block with ctrl + shift + ⬆️ or ⬇️ it works

Expected behavior/code
I should keep the internal link style when moving the block.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a block with an internal link
2. Then move the block using the mouse

Environment

• Docs version: 3.6.0
• Instance url: docs.numerique.gouv.fr

I started to look at it.
I can see a huge refacto is coming about the custom stuffs (TypeCellOS/BlockNote#1904), I will wait for this upgrade before digging more because I have the feeling it could fix this issue.
