* update lexer to support carriage returns for windoof

* chore: pin pg_query on worksapce level

* fix: normalize snaphots

* fix: lets try it with unicde normalisaation

* fix: dont print source for typecheck bc no one cares about the c code in the server anyways

* fix: cleanup
