Describe the bug

The migrations this chart tries to do are not working.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior, please provide code snippets or a repository:

1. Follow installation instructions
2. Figure out a proper configuration (I'm using the values.yaml)
3. Use postgres as database name because any other name results in a 'database does not exist' failure.
4. Observe

Expected behavior

Databases are properly created
