New feature - Updating cache-control time easily

Description

I found the need to update all the "cacheControl" fields of my images, because I had set it wrong on development and now I need a bigger cache time.

However, I didn't find any function to do that easily (please correct me if I'm wrong and there is one), so I had to make a script that downloaded the images and replaced them to change that time.

Describe the solution you'd like

If possible, a function for this would be nice. Also, a way to do this directly from the dashboard too.

Just want to echo how valuable this feature could be for real-world workflows.

Being able to update cache-control (and potentially other metadata) without needing to re-upload files would:

• Greatly simplify app logic
• Reduce API calls and storage operations
• Enable on-demand content adjustments without disrupting file integrity

This could be a powerful addition to the Supabase Storage ecosystem not just a convenience, but a meaningful boost to efficiency at scale. It s the kind of feature that could even be positioned as part of a paid plan, given its potential to save developer time and infrastructure resources.

Really hope the Supabase Storage team considers prioritizing this.
