Auto Enable on BT feature

Why is this feature needed?

I've been looking for a lean way to enable wifi hotspot when I connect to my Car BT. And all went a lot more complex as I just got an Android 16 device. This Delta looks amazing and I felt it was so close to bring Auto-enable feature, that I had to try making it. So I ended up with this fork: https://github.com/iaakki/delta-auto

(Sorry I accidentally made a PR to your repo, I was only trying to merge in fork. I closed that PR already.)

Anyway give your though. This is the most sought feature from shizuku + delta + tasker combo. This just cuts tasker out from the loop and is very lean to set up.
