Describe the bug
When you reboot after first install, including grub-efi, the grub menu that gets displayed is white on black plain text.
This is caused by missing files in the EFI partition.
To fix this you need the following files/dirs from the iso:
<ESP>/boot/grub/efi.img<ESP>/boot/grub/fonts(recursively)<ESP>/boot/grub/theme(recursively)
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Fresh install on blank HD.
Expected behavior
Same colorfull boot menu as from iso.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- CPU: GenuineIntel i7-5820K
- GPU: Nividia, GTX 1080 Ti
- BIOS: uEFi
- TYPE: Desktop, ASUS X99-Pro USB3.1
