ReferenceError: NodeGlobalsPolyfillPlugin is not defined on 'npm run dev'

Describe the bug
Built a skeleton sveltekit project with npm create svelte@latest, followed the steps in the readme, I tried to do 'npm run dev', and I keep getting:

failed to load config from /home/bewinxed/Downloads/GuardianGeckoBot/templates/radar-web/vite.config.js error when starting dev server: ReferenceError: NodeGlobalsPolyfillPlugin is not defined at file:///home/bewinxed/Downloads/GuardianGeckoBot/templates/radar-web/vite.config.js.timestamp-1671833328639.mjs:9:16
