not sure - maybe this https://github.com/Skayo/svelte-tiny-virtual-list ? just ran over it today, but did not subject it to any kind of comparison yet

I've fixed some common use-cases and published it as svelte-virtual-list-ce (community edition) on npm with the help of @mellson 🙂 You might have a look
