It seems swc imports incorrect polyfills when use Array.prototype.includes and Array.prototype.at.

@Lancernix use "coreJs": "3.29".

@kdy1 esnext.string.at should not be injected even with shippedProposals: true since it's a module for an alternative obsolete proposal that was not shipped... or shippedProposals works like just proposals in Babel?
