Issue Description:

Appears that the build.db schema has changed and no longer contains a rule_results.id column.

Reproduction steps:

• Build a project with Xcode10b5

• Start the llbuild-ui tool in debug mode

• Attempt to load the build.db file

• See attached screenshot.
