Idiomatic swift package name #184

@ghost

Description

Hello!

I recently pulled in this package for a side project of mine and noticed my package dependency list in Xcode got polluted with "Subprocess" instead of "swift-subprocess". Having seen a majority of other swift packages following what appears a common convention of naming their package with a "swift-" prefix, brought me to ask whether the package name was deliberately set to "Subprocess" or was it meant to be "swift-subprocess"?

If the latter, would a change now be a breaking change? If not, could I contribute a PR?
