Add OIDC SSO Support #6

Please Note to Anyone Taking this on for the bounty!
Our Bounty provider is currently unable to pay out due to issues with verifying personal information for payouts. And our bounty provider has not responded in quite some time for our requests from anyone to get the issue fixed.
We are actively looking for a replacement, but it will take some time, and anyone who has placed a bounty on this issue will most likely have to do so again with the new provider.
What is the problem you are trying to solve with this feature?
Authentication with SSO
What is the solution you are proposing?
Adding OIDC support would immediately add SSO support from many different authentication providers both open-source and ones like Azure, Okta, etc.
