[Bug] Launch Lite unlock sequence doesn't work

Describe the Bug

On 30dc4c7, the Left Ctrl + Right Ctrl + Escape sequence does not put the keyboard into Unlocked mode. This is a regression since last time firmware was released for the Launch Lite (g7fd2f5, according to the version number of what we have on LVFS).
