Tailwind V4 does not work in nextjs in turborepo using bun

I just upgraded to tailwind v4 and its showing error

v4.0.0

What build tool (or framework if it abstracts the build tool) are you using?

Next.js 15.1.6

What version of Node.js are you using?

v18.0.0

What browser are you using?

Chrome

What operating system are you using?

macOS, Windows issue in both

This is the error thrown

Global.css only contains @import "tailwindcss";

the issue only occurs in dev using --turbopack flag in next dev --turbopack

Can you share a minimal reproduction repo? It looks like you have [&>svg] in your code instead of `[&>svg] but hard to debug without any source code.
