Use absolute paths with @reference

I'm building a Nuxt app and end up having lines like this all over the place that I need to manually update if I change files location.
Is there a way to use absolute path instead of relative ones with @reference?

	@reference '../../../../../public/css/style.css';

	:deep(.ql-align-center) {
		@apply text-center;
	}
</style>
