How would I move these over from v3 to v4?

Musts:

• I want to use Tailwinds built-in utility classes such as opacity-50, size-6, etc
• I do not want to write margin-left: -0.75rem etc
• I do not want to use @apply (if possible) since I believe this is not how things are typically done in v4
