Tailwindcss unable to setup

I’ve a small issue with setting up the environment to work with mern!! Each time I try to use this command “npx tailwindcss init” it end up with an error instead of creating the css package in the client folder. Even ai couldn’t help me!! Please what can I do at this level?? Can I create the css files manually!? Since the command for it is not running

Are you working with Vite or what is your project setup with?
I suggest reading the "Getting started" guide, that should be pretty self-explanatory.

Also:

The init command no longer exists in v4. Consider checking the installation documentation that is most relevant to your project to integrate Tailwind v4.
