I'm the maker of NOS, and its own interface is styled with Tailwind CSS v4. NOS lets you change the words on an HTML page by clicking them, then share that page as a link.
A hypothetical case: you've built an HTML landing page for a side project, and the tagline needs one more pass before you show it to a few people. Paste the HTML into NOS to get a preview. Click the tagline, type the new wording, and the change is saved into the page's HTML as well.
You don't deploy a separate site to share it. You create a link in NOS, which needs a sign-in, and send it. People open it without an account. If you tweak the tagline again later, the address doesn't change, so there's nothing to resend.
The page also sits in a workspace alongside your notes. For this project, that might be one note with the tagline versions you tried and who you've sent the link to.
You can try it without signing up: paste your HTML or open one of the samples, click a line and edit it.
